Here are my top tips for improving your fitness: 1. Interval training. It really works! Just 4 mins of interval HIIT training can burn as many calories as 30 - 40 mins of regular steady state cardio. You can try this at Body Blitz or Super Saturday Calorie Burners 2. When you're doing your workout, try to contract your abs and draw your shoulders back. 3. Make sure you always warm up and cool down. 4. Stretch every day 5. Ensure you have rest days 6. Vary it - try different classes, swim or go for a walk. 7. Find something you truly enjoy, then your workout will never be a chore.
