65+ Arm Exercises - Retired & Fitter

Updated: Jan 23, 2023

If you’re over 65, keeping your arms strong is crucial for maintaining independence and mobility. Strong arms can help with everyday tasks such as lifting, reaching, and carrying, making it easier to do things on your own without assistance. Additionally, strong arms can improve balance and stability, which can reduce the risk of falls. Strengthening the arms can also help alleviate pain and discomfort in the shoulders, neck, and upper back. So, it's definitely worth incorporating some arm-strengthening exercises into your routine. (Remember to check with your doctor first and start slowly)
