News from Gemma Pearce Fitness!

I hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend in the sun!

As we go into Mental Health Awareness Week, I’ve had quite a few conversations over the last few weeks about how movement helps your mental health. I often talk about how dance and taking time to stretch helps me stay on an even keel with all the stresses of life.

Exercise has a massive effect on my mood, stress levels, confidence and gives me a boost that last for days.

If you need a boost, then do consider booking yourself onto one of our sessions this week - whether that’s an online Pilates class (remember you can do the video anytime) or a face to face Zumba, Zumba Gold or Gold Aerobics class.

We’ve also got our free Walk & Talk session on Monday (13th May, midday, meeting at Rye Farm Car Park Abingdon at midday - book here) with a beautiful walk through meadows and along the river with a chance to chat to friends old and new.

And finally I have to show you our amazing participants at yesterday’s Saturday Special! Everyone was buzzing after learning the jive steps and putting it together into a performance routine in just an hour! If you’d like to join us for the next one - Charleston Fit - scroll down for the details and a discount code.

Have a great week and see you soon!
