Thanks for all your messages after last week’s email about our 3rd online anniversary.


Since lockdown, life has felt hectic.


Hands up if you’re tired, stressed and in need of something - is it a holiday? A gin? 30 mins to yourself?


Why not join me for a 30 minute Pilates Tranquility online class this week? There are several reasons why taking 30 minutes out of your day for a calming Pilates class can be beneficial for your physical and mental health:

New Face to Face Classes Join me for new classes starting after Easter:


Gentle Pilates A Pilates class for older people or those returning to exercise after injury or illness. We’ll focus on stretching & strengthening the back, waist, shoulders, hips and legs with an all over body workout. We'll also be doing gentle stretches and work on maintaining and improving balance too. Thursdays 11.30am - 12.15pm Chilton Village Hall, starting 20th Apr. Want to try a free class on 13th Apr?






Girls Night Out Fitness

Girls Night Out is the ultimate dance fitness class! The disco lights makes you feel like you're OUT OUT, and the easy to follow routines to music you love will have you moving, burning calories and having fun for the whole class. Suitable for all, beginners welcome Thursdays 6.15 - 7pm Chilton Village Hall, starting 20th Apr
