Gemma, a Level 3 Exercise for Older Adults and Level 4 Postural Stability instructor, and creator of Retired & Fitter, has filmed these classes to give you a solid foundation to improve your stability and mobility.
No prior fitness needed – we start at the beginning and classes are designed to be suitable for active older people. There no crazy exercises and I test everything out on my Mum!
Classes are with Gemma in real time, with no equipment needed. They involve no jumping, no complicated choreography and there’s no impact on your knees, hips or back.
Our classes are all recorded, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home, whenever is convenient for you. No travelling - all you need is a computer or smartphone and an internet connection.
